Adell Heinemann has worked in the real estate industry since 1977. Over the years she has specialized in luxury home sales, medical office leasing,
and more recently, urban development.
As a Salon Owner
In 2006 Adell opened juvé Facial Rejuvenation Salon. A destination medical spa in North Scottsdale, juvé specializes in ELR,
an all natural, non-invasive, anti-aging facial treatment. It is through this business that Adell discovered her passion for helping women look and feel their best,
achieving optimum benefits through leading edge medical technology and the body's ability to heal itself.
The Journey that Leads to Discovery
During 2008, Adell experienced a devastating financial loss and was forced to take action. This began with several painful attempts at trying to "fix" her situation. When nothing seemed to work, she felt compelled to take a closer look at her life. She eventually discovered that her issues were about much more than replacing her lost assets and income.
A Fresh Start
When she came clean, allowing herself to open up and become vulnerable, she had some amazing breakthroughs. Adell also discovered that there were scores
of people—many of them existing clients at her salon—that were in similar situations.
Through hearing their stories and relating these to her own process of transformation, her flagship self-esteem program, The Internal Makeover was born.

Adell has become a lifeline to those in need of rediscovering their self-worth and esteem. Her words have inspired many to see themselves as much more,
and to begin a process of healing. She is an outstanding public speaker and author with a special message.

Adell's Family
Adell, an Arizona native currently living in Phoenix, has three grown children, two adorable doggies, and one super kitty.
